Adds gentle, yet effective resistance to help increase biceps, shoulders, back and leg strength. Stretchable band is easy on joints, while helping to tone and strengthen muscles.
Approximately 78” long and attaches easily to the NüvaBar with two, durable “hook and loop” straps and an abrasion-resistance covering. Adjust by slightly increasing or decreasing stance width. Wider stance reduces the band length and increases resistance while narrower stance helps reduce resistance by increasing band length.
Band length may also be increased or decreased by wrapping or unwrapping the band. Please refer to your Quick Start Guide for more information.
